Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving your order, without giving a reason. After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the item within 14 days.
To start a return, contact us at hello@byorvani.com. Please do not return items without contacting us first; we will provide the correct return instructions and return address.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with any original packaging where reasonably possible.
If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless ORVANI provides a prepaid return label or the item is defective or incorrect. Customers must be informed of return costs in advance if they are expected to pay them.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos. We will arrange an appropriate solution at no extra cost to you.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We may wait until the returned goods are received, or until you provide proof of return, before completing the refund.
Certain items may be excluded from the statutory withdrawal right where permitted by law, such as personalised or hygiene-sensitive sealed goods once opened.
