Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your ORVANI order. If something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they have been fulfilled. Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the normal return process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll review it and arrange an appropriate solution.
